We allow refunds on return of goods.
At Abyss by Abby we want you to feel and look amazing in your clothes. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance before making a purchase if you are unsure of your size or displayed color. If you are not happy with your item, we've made it easy for you to return it back to us.
The following Returns Policy is drafted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law which is overseen by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from makeup, fake tan, stains, or damage.
- Fully intact with no missing hardware, pulls, holes, or alterations
- All original garment tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items returned without tags will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's cost. Abyss by Abby reserves the right to determine whether returned items meet eligibility requirements.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

2. Select the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return.
3. Return address and information for return will be e-mailed to you.
If you would like an exchange for your order, please submit your return request, then e-mail staff at sales@abyssbyabby.com to let us know you would like an exchange.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

2. Select the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return, along with photos if applicable.
3. Select your preferred method of return:

Purchase a DHL return label from us
If you would like to purchase a DHL return label from us, here are the links to make your payment:
United States - $99 AUD *Approximately $65 USD - depending on exchange rate.
New Zealand - $50 AUD
Rest of the World - $100 AUD
Please use the same e-mail on your order so we can match your payment.
We recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking that is found on the return label, so that you can monitor the shipment of your package.
Any issue caused by the use of a third party courier or a return label other than ours are not attributed to Abyss by Abby.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Please Note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and it is non-refundable
- The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Abyss by Abby. We will not issue refund on items that are not received/lost in transit. Therefore, we would recommend returning items through traceable mail and asking for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items,
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- International Customers - Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange for another item that is the same price.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. If your desired item is unavailable, you may choose to return for a refund instead.
You will also need to pay for the cost of re-shipping to have your exchanged item sent to you.

FAULTY ITEMS
We inspect all garments prior to dispatch at two zones.
Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email sales@abyssbyabby.com with pictures to get authorization on return.
With faulty items, we will repair or replace item. If item cant be repaired or replaced, only then will refund be issued.
